We are a not for profit organisation committed to improving the health and wellbeing of adults residing in Lincolnshire.

​​Currently based in Spalding and operating across South Holland, South Kesteven and Boston, AML provides physical and social activities for:

  • older adults

  • disabled adults and adults with additional needs

  • adults with long term health conditions, for example Parkinson's Diseas

  • adults with low levels of mental well-being

  • Pregnant People​​
