  • Sensory Dance Class

    Our Sensory Dance Class for adults with complex disabilities offer a unique and engaging way to enjoy low-impact exercise through dance/creative movement. We use a variety of props, such as poms, sensory scarfs, flashing sticks, and wrist bell to engage the different senses and encourage movement. Returning Weekly from Thursday 9th January 2-3pm for 10 Weeks! At The Vista Hall, Spalding, PE11 2PB Price and Booking Information: - Only PAYG options available at £3 per session - 4 spaces remaining. - Carers/Support Staff are free to attend NEXT 10 WEEK BLOCK BOOKING STARTS APRIL.     Join Roseanna for our brand new Prenatal Power Circuits class designed specifically for expecting mothers to boost confidence and build a community. The class is a dynamic, low-impact workout incorporating a series of safe, modified circuit exercises that target key areas such as the core, glutes, legs, and upper body. Each movement is tailored to support the changing body during pregnancy, helping to alleviate common discomforts, improve posture, and enhance overall mobility. The class is led by certified prenatal fitness instructor, Roseanna, and offers a supportive environment for both beginners and more experienced exercisers in all trimesters. Class Information: Saturdays | 10:30AM-11:30AM The Zen Space, Broad St, Spalding, PE11 1TB You will need a gate code to enter The Zen Space Gate. This will be sent to all participants via email.
